As a Recover@Work Partner, you'll manage a diverse caseload of WC matters across the lifecycle of a claim, providing end-to-end case management and trusted advice to leaders and team members.
Drawing on your extensive WC expertise, you'll utilise your injury management and RTW knowledge to drive WC claims to a resolution - ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent, and aligned with Goodstart’s values.
Working closely with stakeholders across all levels, you'll balance multiple perspectives, influence decision-making, and build strong, trust-based relationships. As part of a national Recover@Work team, you'll contribute to a positive, inclusive culture, simplify complexity, and create Amazing Goodstarter Experiences every day.
