This position sits at the intersection of data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, where you'll transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive value for our government clients. You'll work closely with the Performance Director to manage quarterly and monthly reporting cycles, coordinate responses to audits and Requests for Information, and maintain robust quality assurance processes that keep our service delivery aligned with contractual obligations. This is an opportunity to develop deep expertise in government property management while working within a team that values precision, initiative, and continuous learning.An overview of the role:Prepare and submit quarterly and monthly performance reports for the WoAG account, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contractual requirementsDevelop and update Entity Operations Reports, Annual Business Plans, and budgets in accordance with deed guidelines and client expectationsTrack and analyse KPI performance across entities, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement through detailed data analysisCoordinate and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and audit processes by organising subject matter experts, compiling responses, and ensuring quality through Microsoft Teams collaborationManage and promote usage of WoAG registers including Savings and Cost Avoidance, Innovation, Discounts/Benefits, and Conflicts of Interest, driving enhanced reporting and complianceLead continuous improvement and innovation projects by reviewing processes for relevance, sharing improvements internally, and implementing efficiencies that deliver measurable valueSupport the Australian Government Property Register (AGPR) data collection process in collaboration with Business Intelligence, Finance, and account teams to ensure accurate submissionsOversee the Quality Assurance Program for WoAG, reviewing templates, reports, and processes to ensure compliance with contract requirements and JLL branding standardsCollaborate with stakeholders across relationship teams, functional directors, and government entities to identify value-for-money opportunities and manage expectations effectivelySounds like you?
