We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Merrylands (77-place centre).

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.
\n
You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.
\n
Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs \n
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment \n
- Observe and document children's learning and development \n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues \n
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care \n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre \n
- Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions \n

About You
\n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
\n
- \n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) \n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) \n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications \n
- Current Child Protection training/certificate \n
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills \n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education \n
