Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including preventative health, chronic disease management, acute care, and minor procedures.
- Conduct patient consultations with empathy, accuracy, and evidence-based clinical decision-making.
- Maintain thorough and timely medical records, communicate effectively with patients and referrers, and coordinate multidisciplinary care when required.
- Participate in practice meetings, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support patient education activities.
- Uphold professional standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and engage in ongoing professional development.
- Holds current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation registration as a General or Specialist practitioner.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident eligible to work without sponsorship.
- Excellent communication skills, patient-centred approach, and ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records and committed to best-practice clinical governance.
