Associate - Property & Commercial Leasing

This is an opportunity to work across a broad range of property matters, with a particular focus on commercial and retail leasing, alongside acquisitions and disposals, property development and other general property transactions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising landlords and tenants on commercial and retail leasing matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases and associated documentation
- Assisting on property acquisitions, disposals and broader transactional matters
- Building strong client relationships and working closely with experienced senior lawyers

What we’re looking for:
- You will ideally have 2–5+ years PAE with solid private practice experience in property law and commercial leasing.
- You will be commercially minded, a lover of tech and confident managing matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
