The People & Culture Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with organisational goals while driving initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and organisational capability. This role combines strategic HR business partnering with organisational development expertise to improve business performance, employee experience, and workplace effectiveness. This role requires strong people skills, a high level of emotional intelligence and a respect for confidentiality is essential to build positive and trusting relationships with all stakeholders.

3+ years' experience in HR Business Partnering, Organisational Development, or a combined People & Culture role.
