We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leaderto join our team at Mini Masterminds Brighton Le Sands (51-place centre).

About the Role
\n
As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development, and promoting best practice in early childhood education.
\n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support \n
- Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF \n
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice \n
- Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences \n
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community \n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation \n
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes \n
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture \n

About You
\n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) \n
- Previous experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting \n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) \n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications \n
- Current Child Protection training/certificate \n
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS) \n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills \n
- A genuine passion for inspiring educators and delivering high-quality education and care \n
