What you will do?

\n
• Lead an exceptional team in this fast-paced, high-volume, buzzing venue
\n
• Train and develop team members, sharing your passion, and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic, and self-motivated work ethic
\n
• Adhere to compliance and operational requirements, in line with Delaware North's standards and procedures
\n
• Drive change and implement upselling and promotional programs
\n

More about you

\n

\n
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
\n
• Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol
\n
• Certificate in Food Safety, or willing to obtain at onboarding
\n
• Certificate in Hospitality Management is beneficial
\n
• Ability to a work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster including days, and nights
\n
