Join Tassal's hard-working team at our Dover processing factory, located 1 hour and 30 minutes south of Hobart.

\n

As a Processing Cleaning Attendant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitised factory environment, ensuring equipment is ready for the next day's production. This is a full time, permanent, afternoon shift role (3:00pm to 11:00pm).

\n

Prior industrial or food production cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as we provide on-the-job training.

\n

Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• Clean and sanitise factory equipment and workspaces after production.
\n
• Work as part of a small team to ensure the factory is ready for the next day's operations.
\n
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
\n
• Support a fast-paced production environment with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.
\n

Role Requirements \n

\n
• Full availability to work approximately 35 hours per week, including occasional weekends.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
\n
• Driver's licence and reliable transport to get to work (essential).
\n
• A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on safety.
\n
• Proof of working rights in Australia.
\n
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
\n
