About the Opportunity \n

We are partnering with a leading national provider of facilities and maintenance services, delivering pricing and estimating solutions across major housing and government contracts. We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead pricing on a WA Housing project.

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas \n

• Lead end-to-end pricing and estimating for facilities and maintenance tender submissions.
\n
• Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates aligned with client scope and specifications.
\n
• Collaborate with bid/precontracts teams to build compelling, commercially sound pricing solutions.
\n
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and validate pricing inputs.
\n
• Ensure all estimates comply with governance, compliance, and quality standards under tight deadlines.
\n
• Support risk analysis and value engineering to strengthen submission competitiveness.
\n

About You \n

We are seeking a senior estimating professional with a strong track record in facilities and maintenance pricing, ideally within housing or government-managed contracts.

• Essential: Proven senior-level experience in estimating/pricing within facilities management or maintenance services.
\n
• Essential: Strong understanding of cost planning, subcontractor engagement, and tender pricing processes.
\n
• Essential: Ability to work to tight, fast-moving project timelines.
\n
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
