There's no better time to join our team as we grow our headcount across both our Redbank (QLD) and Kemps Creek (NSW) operations and now our new site in Truganina (VIC) . Hitting the ground running you'll be deep into recruiting activity, seeking ways to streamline and improve process, and you'll be a key contributor to the success of our Australian operations.

Locally based in New South Wales, this role will require, in the first three (3) months, periodic travel to Brisbane for training, inductions etc…

• Previous experience in recruiting/HR administration
• Genuine passion for candidate/employee experience and improvement to process
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Enjoys working on a variety of tasks and keeping busy!
• Independent and structured way of working, confidence to build strong working relationships across the globe
• Passionate about people and creating a great workplace environment
• Has the flexibility to work hours that may involve differing time zones/shiftwork/weekends to support the operational requirements as required
• Construction industry experience desired but not essential
• Able and willing to travel domestically as required

Your role in our team

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, in collaboration with the HR Business Partner and HR Coordinators
• Preparation and participation in career fairs/open days including liaising with marketing support and organising resources
• Maintaining, managing, and reporting on employee data in HR systems, including SAP Success Factors and Kronos
• Administration tasks such preparing employment documentation, scheduling training programs, maintaining leave calendars etc.
• Consolidation of data and information for fortnightly payroll through outsourced payroll provider
• Promote and foster the WITRON company culture
• Other general HR and administrative tasks as required
