Where You'll Make an Impact

Lead operations, staffing, and community engagement for a 5-room childcare centre. Drive educational programs, maintain compliance, and mentor a stable team.

Duties

  • Lead staffing, recruitment, rostering, and professional development
  • Drive high-quality educational programming and regulatory compliance
  • Build occupancy through community outreach and local marketing
  • Oversee budget, operational reporting, and quality improvement plans
  • Mentor staff and support team hands-on when needed

Is This You?

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
  • Valid Working with Children Check (NSW) - Don't have one, that's ok, we will pay for this for you as part of your package!
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
  • Leadership experience as Centre Director or senior 2IC
  • Strong communication, community engagement, and operational skills
