About The Role
Based in Pooraka, this senior leadership position offers full P&L responsibility for sales and operations at Stegbar Windows South Australia.
Leading a team of 7 direct reports and 45 employees, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, team engagement and profitability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales, business development and growth initiatives
- Own the business unit P&L, budgeting and forecasting
- Drive operational performance, productivity and DIFOT outcomes
- Lead manufacturing, warehousing and customer service functions
- Build and develop high-performing teams and leaders
- Strengthen customer relationships and market presence
- Ensure safety, compliance and business governance standards
About You
You are an experienced business leader with:
- P&L management experience
- Building products, manufacturing or construction industry experience
- Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
- Proven success growing revenue and improving performance
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
