THE OPPORTUNITY As part of our diverse team based in Sydney or Tweed Heads you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. Reporting to the Team Leader, the main purpose of this role is to implement a pro‑active, specialised approach to the management of whole person impairment (WPI) and provide technical guidance in relation to the strategic management of WPI claims. You will be managing the end‑to‑end determination of WPI claims for IfNSW agencies in accordance with applicable guidelines, procedures and timeframes This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Sydney or Tweed Heads office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days.
