Located in Prahran and South Yarra, these are a vibrant and long established French restaurant focused on quality produce, thoughtful cooking and warm, genuine hospitality. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, professional kitchen. The Role As a Qualified Chef, you’ll work closely with our kitchen teams across preparation and service, gaining hands-on experience in a professional restaurant environment. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily food preparation and mise en place Supporting the chefs during service Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures Working collaboratively as part of the wider kitchen team Learning and developing your culinary skills across different sections About You We’re looking for someone who is: Passionate about food and hospitality Reliable, punctual and well presented Keen to learn and develop as a chef Able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy kitchen A positive team player with a strong work ethic Full availability across day and night shifts What We Offer The opportunity to learn and develop within a professional kitchen Opportunities for career progression as a part of an established hospitality Group Benefits: Group employee discount
