CSL Seqirus is a global leader in influenza prevention and pandemic preparedness. We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager, Products of National Significance and Biosecurityto lead the strategy for the Products of National Significance (PNS) portfolio and support for Biosecurity. The SBM develops and drives the implementation of launch and marketing plans and sets the direction to enable collaboration with the cross functional team including the brand team. They drive the setting of key goals and performance including sales, profitability of key products within the portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Director, Government & In-licensed vaccines, this is a national rolebased at our head office on Elizabeth Street, Melbourne.
Own and drive portfolio strategy, execution, and P&L performance for Seqirus Antivenoms, Snake Venom Detection Kit, Q Fever Vaccine, and pandemic influenza support.
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business strategy, budgets, ROI targets, and compliance requirements.
Generate market and competitive insights to inform strategy, forecasting, and business performance.
Develop and execute strategies that strengthen stakeholder partnerships and enhance the value and recognition of our products of national significance portfolio among government and healthcare stakeholders.
Support Seqirus' role as a trusted partner to the Australian Government, including reporting obligations under the biosecurity deed.
Coordinate, analyse, and deliver accurate, timely reports to government stakeholders.
Build strategic partnerships that maximise patient, public health, and business outcomes.
Champion the portfolio internally and externally, promoting Seqirus’ critical public health contribution.
Lead supply management, including disruption mitigation and allocation of limited supply.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations and key stakeholders.
Build and lead a high-performing, agile brand team focused on collaboration, customer outcomes, and business priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
7+ years’ healthcare industry experience, including 5+ years in commercial marketing within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
Broad experience across R&D, sales, marketing, and business development.
Experience engaging with public sector stakeholders and government organisations.
Supply chain and product availability management experience.
Strong understanding of market research and pharmaceutical marketing tools, with proven application to drive business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to leverage financial analysis, insights, and forecasting to optimise strategy, resource allocation, and ROI across product lifecycles.
Experience developing and executing multichannel promotional strategies, including digital marketing.
Proven success managing and influencing key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Highly strategic, commercially astute, and data-driven.
Agile, adaptable, and effective in navigating change and complexity.
