Chef de Partie

Reporting to our Executive Chef & Sous Chef you will be responsible the preparation presentation and display of all menu items. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment and equipment. As a leader in our Kitchen you will be expected to develop and coach our junior chefs and provide them with learning opportunities and access to your experience and knowledge. As our Chef de Partie you will also have the opportunity to work alongside our Executive and Sous Chef on menu development and creation.

Qualifications :

Due to the high-volume nature of the role you will be adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment. You will work well in a team environment as well as autonomously. You will have commercial cookery qualification and will ideally have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a Hotel environment or a high-volume venue.

For this position we will consider only candidates with full Work Rights and living in Sydney at the moment of the application.
