Senior Manager - Transaction Services

• Deliver buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements
• Analyse quality of earnings, cash flow, working capital and key business drivers
• Work directly with clients and target management to understand the story behind the numbers
• Work closely with senior transaction professionals on complex deals
• Take ownership of key engagement deliverables and mentor junior team members and contribute to client relationships and business development

We’re looking for someone with:
• Proven FDD / Transaction Advisory experience
• Big 4 or comparable professional services background
• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
• Commercial judgement and an ability to identify key deal issues
• Confidence working with clients and senior stakeholders
• CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
