As a Recovery & Support Specialist at TAL, you play a pivotal role in helping people reclaim their health, independence and confidence during some of life's most challenging moments. By partnering closely with Claims teams, this role shapes meaningful recovery pathways that support sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. Your impact extends beyond individual claims-strengthening capability, improving outcomes and reinforcing TAL's commitment to doing the right thing for customers, every step of the way.
