Crown Hotel Parramatta is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team in a busy 7-day hospitality operation.
\n
This role is suited to someone who is confident leading shifts, supporting staff, delivering strong customer service, and maintaining high operational standards across the venue. A key focus of the position will be overseeing gaming operations, TAB operations, compliance, cash handling, and day-to-day venue supervision.
\n
The successful candidate will hold current RSA and ARCG qualifications and have a strong understanding of responsible service, regulatory compliance, and safe venue operations.
\n

Key responsibilities
\n
Lead and support venue operations across a 7-day roster
\n
Oversee gaming, TAB, and customer service areas
\n
Ensure RSA, gaming, and venue compliance standards are maintained
\n
Support staff during service and assist with training where required
\n
Manage cash handling, floats, tills, and end-of-shift procedures
\n
Respond professionally to customer enquiries, issues, and incidents
\n
Work closely with senior management to improve venue performance
\n
Requirements
\n
Previous duty management or supervisory experience preferred
\n
Experience with gaming and TAB operations highly regarded
\n
Strong communication and leadership skills
\n
Reliable, hands‐on, and well presented
\n
Ability to work across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
\n
