As a NAB Graduate in Digital, Data & AI , you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment within your chosen stream. You’ll work on real projects, receive structured training and mentoring, complete meaningful work, and connect with leaders and specialists across NAB.

You’ll also gain exposure to how NAB uses digital, data and AI to solve real customer problems, improve experiences and support better decision‑making. By working across teams, you’ll build a strong understanding of how different capabilities come together to deliver smarter, more personalised banking outcomes.

About Digital Data & AI \n

Digital, Data & AI (DD&AI) sits at the heart of how NAB is transforming the way customers and colleagues experience banking. Our teams bring together digital products, design, data, analytics and AI to create simpler, smarter and more personalised experiences.

DD&AI spans five core capabilities — Digital, Design, Enterprise Customer Onboarding (ECOM), Data & Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence — working together to deliver real outcomes for customers and colleagues.

Design
\n Using human‑centred design, we create intuitive and inclusive experiences for customers and colleagues. Our designers combine creativity and problem‑solving to improve how people interact with NAB.

Enterprise Customer Onboarding (ECOM)
\n ECOM focuses on making it simple and safe for customers to join and grow with NAB. The team streamlines onboarding, improves data quality and reduces friction across the customer journey.

Data & Analytics
\n Our data teams turn data into insights that support better decisions and personalised experiences. Data plays a critical role in helping NAB adapt, innovate and stay competitive.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)
\n AI supports NAB’s customer‑first ambition by helping identify opportunities, improve processes and solve customer challenges — responsibly and at scale.

• Contribute to end‑to‑end customer journeys
\n

Digital rotations

\n

\n
• Support digital delivery and stakeholder engagement
\n
• Capture business requirements and contribute to solution design
\n
• Represent the customer voice in product teams
\n

\n

Data & Analytics rotations

\n

\n
• Apply analytics and modelling to business problems
\n
• Support process improvement and decision‑making
\n
• Assist with data‑driven insights and reporting
\n

\n

AI rotations

\n

\n
• Support AI experiments and solution design
\n
• Explore emerging technologies
\n
• Contribute to responsible AI initiatives
\n

\n

ECOM rotations

\n

\n
• Support digital onboarding solutions
\n
• Help improve onboarding processes and data quality
\n
• Contribute to simpler, more connected customer journeys

Locations \n

All DD&AI graduate roles are based in Melbourne and Sydney , across Design, Digital, Data & Analytics, AI and Ecom.

Program Start Date \n

The 2028 NAB Graduate Program commences in February 2028.

Eligibility \n

To be eligible to apply, you must:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
\n
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2025, 2026 or 2027) or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
