Jobtailor in NSW seeks a Senior RTO Manager to lead regulatory compliance and quality assurance within the Vocational Education and Training sector. You will design and implement RTO systems, policies and training resources, and oversee internal and external audits.
This role requires TAE4022 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, a Diploma in Quality Auditing or similar, and proven experience with Standards for RTOs 2015 and the ESOS Act.
