Access Aged Care is seeking a General Practitioner to provide on-site care within Residential Aged Care Homes in Hobart and surrounding regions. Weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements, supported by telehealth geriatricians and an Access Aged Care Nurse to coordinate care and follow-up.
