Our clinic combines medical assessment, advanced diagnostic testing, body composition, cardiovascular and metabolic assessment, exercise testing and personalised health strategies within a premium multidisciplinary service.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager / Medical Receptionist to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic and provide an exceptional patient experience.
\n
About the Role
\n
This is a full-time salaried position with standard employee entitlements including annual leave and personal leave.
\n
You will be the central administrative point within the clinic, combining practice management responsibilities with front-desk and patient coordination duties.
\n
Key responsibilities include:
\n
- \n
- Managing reception, telephone and patient enquiries \n
- Coordinating appointments across multiple clinicians and investigations \n
- Managing patient bookings and clinic schedules \n
- Processing payments, invoices and general administration \n
- Coordinating pathology, imaging and external provider appointments \n
- Maintaining accurate patient records \n
- Managing day-to-day clinic workflow \n
- Ordering consumables and managing clinic supplies \n
- Supporting clinic policies, procedures and compliance requirements \n
- Liaising with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals \n
- Helping develop and improve administrative systems as the clinic grows \n

Highly Desirable

- Previous medical reception experience \n
- Experience in a private specialist or multidisciplinary medical clinic \n
- Experience helping establish or grow a medical practice \n
