Assistant Brand Manager

• Support the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial priorities
\n
• Build and maintain the ANZ marketing calendar in alignment with global brand calendars and key retail moments
\n
• Coordinate campaign and launch timelines, deliverables, and asset requirements
\n
• Support budget tracking and allocation across campaigns and activities
\n
• Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions across retail and e-commerce channels
\n
• Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and retailer specifications
\n
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time
\n
• Support in-store activations, merchandising, trade promotions, POSM, sampling, and in-store visibility
\n
• Assist with digital campaigns across paid media, social, CRM, and e-commerce platforms
\n
• Coordinate content rollout and support CRM database growth and retention campaigns
\n
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization input
\n
• Track sales performance and campaign effectiveness against targets
\n
• Prepare reports on sales updates, campaign results, and competitor activity
\n
• Contribute to forecasting and demand planning
\n
• Track marketing spend, POSM usage and stock, and budgets
\n
• Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams
\n
• Liaise with brand partners and manage agency communications
\n
• Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations
\n
• Support new product and brand launches across ANZ, coordinating timelines, assets, retailer requirements, and launch readiness
\n

Requirements \n

\n
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
\n
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand, or Trade Marketing roles
\n
• Experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail environment preferred
\n
• Familiarity with ANZ retail landscape is advantageous
\n
• Exposure to digital marketing and campaign execution preferred
\n
• Strong ability to manage timelines, calendars, and multiple deliverables
\n
• Detail-oriented with structured planning and coordination skills
\n
• Ability to deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail
\n
• Capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
\n
• Basic understanding of retail drivers, promotions, and sales performance
\n
• Ability to interpret data and support planning decisions
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\n
• Able to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and omni-channel environment
\n
• Able to adjust plans and priorities as needed
