  • $38.40 p/h (inclusive of casual loading)
  • Monday - Friday 7am starts.

Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of metal building supplies. They are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Logistics, Shed Sales & Service Coordinator. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality service and support to customers. About the Role: (Shed Sales)

  • Responsible for day-to-day client interaction
  • Shed sales coordination, including quoting and order processing
  • Data entry and general administration duties

About the Role: (Logistics)

  • Coordinate daily delivery schedules
  • Liaise with customers regarding delivery timelines
  • Communicate with internal staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure accurate document and record management
  • Support production planning and warehouse operations

About You:

  • Previous experience in transport coordination, logistics, dispatch, or scheduling
  • Experience within manufacturing, building products, steel, or construction-related industries will be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal & written- internal and external
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to complete pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
