This is a Project Manager role for a highly collaborative, mission-driven organization with a steady stream of cross-channel content and marketing initiatives – social, digital, video, email, and beyond. You’ll be the connective tissue keeping timelines tight, deliverables moving, stakeholders aligned, and creative projects from “great idea” to “ready to launch.” If you love a good tracker, know how to politely chase an approval, and get genuine satisfaction from turning organized chaos into a well-oiled machine, read on!

What’s it going to take to score an interview? \n

\n
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously, without dropping the ball
\n
• Experience coordinating cross-functional creative or marketing teams, ideally across social, digital, video, email, and website content
\n
• A natural ability to track the details, follow up, flag roadblocks, and keep projects moving from intake through completion
\n
• Strong meeting-management skills: scheduling, facilitating, documenting next steps, and making sure everyone knows who owns what
\n
• Experience shepherding creative/content assets through review, feedback, approvals, and final delivery
\n
• Comfort living in project management systems, calendars, trackers, and documentation and keeping them accurate enough that everyone actually trusts them
\n
• The instincts to spot scheduling conflicts, dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential delays before they become problems
\n
• Experience supporting campaign launches, making sure assets, approvals, links, specs, and other moving pieces are buttoned up and ready to go
\n
• A process-improvement mindset: You don’t just follow workflows; you’re always thinking about how to make them smarter, faster, and cleaner
\n
• Someone who is organized, proactive, communicative, and pleasantly persistent, i.e., the person who can get five busy people to respond to the same email without becoming the sixth problem
\n
