We work with various developers across the country who build properties to our specs so that we can take out long-term leases to run our operations. Our great partnerships with developers are off the back of our long-standing relationships and the excellent reputation we’ve built for ourselves. In addition to these greenfield sites, on occasion we also refurbish and/or rebrand other hotels within the market to grow our portfolio.

As Project Manager you’ll bring strong experience working in project management within the construction industry, attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset. You’ll be able to perfectly balance relationships with outcomes and be able to represent the tenant (us) within the entire development to delivery process.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Pipeline management and communication to stakeholders
\n
• Assisting with new opportunity proposals and negotiations
\n
• Mark-up of plans with tenant-side comments
\n
• Management of the tenant-side development process to delivery
\n
• Management of FF&E design, procurement, delivery & installation
\n
• Updating of developer brief documents
\n
• Oversite and management of internal refurbishment projects
\n
• Full autonomy

About You

\n

The successful person must have:

\n

\n
• Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights)
\n
• Proven experience in a construction project management role.
\n
• Experience in Tenant Fitout Favourable.
\n
• Hotel or Residential Project Management experience required.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with pride taken in quality outcomes.
\n
• Proven ability to manage timelines and multiple projects concurrently in fast-paced environments.
\n
• Ability to understand and translate operational requirements at the development stage.
\n
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to development sites, both locally and interstate.
