Role Overview

\n

The Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager is responsible for cash flow and liquidity oversight, long-term financial planning, and provide support in maintaining the organisation's financial model for valuation purposes. Reporting to the Head of Management Accounting, this role is the primary owner of cash flow management whilst also serving as a trusted internal resource for long term planning and scenario modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow and Liquidity

\n

\n
• Own the cash flow forecast, reconcile to actuals on a periodic basis, and maintain it as an accurate, dynamic view of the organisation's cash flow position
\n
• Own the liquidity model, ensuring sufficient runway and flagging risks proactively
\n
• Manage treasury operations including cash management, bank relationships, and FX exposure where applicable
\n
• Support funding activities as required
\n

Long-Range Planning and Scenario Analysis

\n

\n
• Lead the development and maintenance of the long-range financial planning model, to allow for capital planning as well as scenario analysis
\n
• Support the development of the company's financial framework and translate framework objectives as well as strategic business objectives into financial projections and scenario models
\n
• Extract insightful commentary from long term planning processes, useful for management and Board consumption.

Investor & Board Reporting

\n

\n
• Provide support in maintaining the company's financial model for investor valuations, keeping it current, accurate, and well-documented
\n
• Assist in preparation of investor-facing financial materials, board packs, and financial schedules as required
\n
• Maintain accurate and consistent financial data used for external reporting
\n
• Support due diligence processes for capital transactions as required
\n

Business Partnering

\n

• Collaborate with the business and the FP&A Manager to keep the long-range plan and operational forecasts aligned
\n
• Serve as the key financial modelling and analytical resource in supporting business decisions
\n
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the Finance team
\n

\n

Skills & Experience

\n

Required

\n

\n
• 5+ years of experience in treasury and corporate finance
\n
• Strong cash flow and liquidity management experience, ideally across multiple regions
\n
• Experience with complex financial modelling
\n
• Strong understanding of cash flow, balance sheet, and capital structure
\n
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and own workstreams end-to-end
\n
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to frame financial analysis in a business context
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior stakeholders
\n
• Experience in a high-growth technology or AI company
\n
• Exposure to fundraising, capital markets, or IPO transactions
\n
• CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification
\n
