This firm is growing fast and now needs to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate Family Lawyer - specializing in family law.

Your role will include:

\n

\n
• Liaising with clients, other lawyers, counsel and colleagues
\n
• Advising and negotiating on complex property & financial settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements and child support agreements
\n
• Court attendances and briefing Counsel
\n
• Preparation for and attendances at mediations
\n
• Leading, supporting and developing a team
\n

What You Need to excel in this role?

\n

\n
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in family law (Family Accreditation is favorably looked upon) and be located in Melbourne.
\n
• A thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset
\n
• To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively
\n
• Be client-focused & competent in providing advice and representation
\n
• Strong attention to detail and be professionally presented
\n
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
\n
• In-depth understanding of Family Law and procedures
\n

Competitive salary packages (based upon experience) $130,000 - $180,000, plus structured bonuses are on offer to secure the right candidates.
