As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating the warm, elevated shopping experience Seed Heritage is known for. You’ll connect with customers, offer thoughtful styling advice and help them find something special for themselves or someone they love this Christmas. With opportunities across our Concept and Concession stores, including our spaces within Myer and David Jones, you’ll experience different retail environments while being part of a passionate team that loves fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from early to mid-November depending on store needs and candidate availability.

THE ROLE: \n

\n
• Create memorable and seamless experiences with every customer interaction.
\n
• Connect with customers and provide thoughtful styling advice to help them find the perfect pieces.
\n
• Deliver the warm, elevated customer experience Seed Heritage is known for.
\n
• Work across different store environments, including Concept stores and Concession spaces within Myer and David Jones.
\n
• Maintain high presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and store housekeeping.
\n
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
\n
• Support the team to achieve sales targets and key business performance indicators.
\n
• Provide styling advice and support customers in fitting rooms.
\n
• Assist with stock management and in-store fulfilment, particularly during our busy festive trading period.
\n

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: \n

\n
• Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style.
\n
• Have a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work.
\n
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
\n
• Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in store fulfillment
\n
• A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage.
\n
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
\n

Please note: \n

We’re looking for a flexible approach to work throughout November 2026 – January 2027, including weekends, Public Holidays and extended trade. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within your designated area.
