Key Account & Commercial Excellence Lead

Some account roles give you a portfolio. This one gives you influence.

You’ll lead some of AGRANA’s key strategic customer relationships, while helping shape how great account management looks across the wider commercial team.

Grow the accounts. Spot the opportunities. Strengthen the relationships. And when you see a better way of doing something, you’ll have the scope to change it.

That could mean developing a new commercial strategy, uncovering an opportunity with a major customer, coaching two Account Managers or building the KAM framework and commercial playbook.

You’ll work with senior customers to understand where the next opportunity sits, then bring the right people together internally to make it happen.

That means partnering closely with the Commercial Director and teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development and Marketing, with exposure to global counterparts and some of AGRANA’s most important customers.

There’s room to challenge how things are done, introduce better ways of working and put your own stamp on the commercial function.

You’ll spend around three days a week at Central Mangrove, but there’s trust around how you manage the rest.

Structure your calendar around your customers, your team and what needs to get done. The focus is on outcomes, not where you’re sitting from 9–5.

You know how to manage strategic accounts beyond maintaining the relationship. You’re commercially astute, comfortable with senior stakeholders and naturally look for where the next opportunity sits.

Food or FMCG experience will give you a head start, but it isn’t essential. Strong strategic account management and commercial experience from another industry could translate just as well.
