COTA NT is looking for a Membership Officer
Permanent part-time | 26 hours per week | Darwin | SACS Award – Level 3, Pay Point 2
The Membership Officer position at COTA NT is a varied role that combines database administration, membership support, customer service and Seniors Card administration. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate records and providing friendly, helpful support to members, businesses and the wider community.
The COTA NT’s Membership Officer is at the heart of our connection with thousands of older Territorians.
This is much more than a database administration role. The Membership Officer helps seniors access their membership benefits, discounts, information and support. Working closely with the CEO and Seniors Card Manager, they will be responsible for maintaining membership databases and supporting the administration of the NT Seniors Card scheme, which connects more than 35,000 seniors with hundreds of participating businesses. This is a varied role that combines database administration, membership support, customer service and Seniors Card administration.
