Description:

\n

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Yard Hand at our Bayswater branch.

\n

Your Duties will include :

\n

\n
• Managing the daily operations of the Branch logistics and yard operations.
\n
• Answer phones in a timely and professional manner.
\n
• Greet and serve "walk-in" customers and guests.
\n
• Yard operational support - filling cylinders, loading / unloading vehicles
\n
• Provide support to Yard Supervisor and Branch Manager relating to daily operational requirements
\n
• Promoting the benefits of Supagas & Supagas products
\n
• Handle enquiries in a professional manner, ensure follow through and finalise all enquiries.
\n
• Online orders, email / fax orders, Ring around calls, banking and cash balancing
\n

Requirements:

• Forklift licence preferrable
\n
• MR/HR licence desirable
\n
• Delivery Experience
\n
• Excellent customer service skills
\n
• Previous customer service experience
\n

• Excellent communication skills
\n
