  • 5+ years of experience as a contact centre leader
    • \n
    \n
  • Understanding of the retail energy industry
    • \n
    \n
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
    • \n
    \n
  • Commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial data
    • \n
    \n
  • Conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability
    • \n
    \n
  • Strong listening skills and empathy
    • \n
    \n
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations and provide honest feedback
    • \n
    \n
  • Ability to manage team performance fairly and empathetically
