Work Location: Fortescue’s Eliwana mine is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people.
Roster: FIFO - 4/3 OR 7/7
We are seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic and experienced leaders wishing to explore Leadership Coachpositions across our operational mine sites.
The primary objective of the Leadership Coach role is to provide expert coaching and mentoring to frontline Supervisors, Superintendents and emerging leaders, promoting a high-performance culture that enhances operational efficiency, employee engagement, and safety outcomes that will support the delivery of Fortescue’s goals.
This role requires strong coaching skills, an ability to engage diverse teams, and a deep understanding of leadership development within a mining or heavy industry environment.
