About the role
\n Based at Vantage Logan Reserve this role will be bringing our Vantage vision to life by creating a vibrant community where Home Owners want to belong through the delivery of a customer focused, financially sustainable operating model.
\n In this role you will be responsible for:

Skills and experience
\n
Previous experience in a customer service management role preferably in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, Hotel Management, Property Management, Holiday Parks or similar is essential.
\n Must have demonstrated ability to build and manage effective teams, experience with budget and cost management along with strong commercial acumen.
\n In addition, you will have:
