\n Permanent – Melbourne
\n $160,000 + super
\n 4 days per week in the office

CalibrX is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join a large enterprise environment in Melbourne. This is a hybrid Technical Lead / delivery-focused position, combining Salesforce technical leadership with sprint execution, team facilitation and developer coaching.

\n

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your entire week writing Apex. Around 60% of the role is focused on delivery leadership and keeping the team moving, with around 40% focused on hands-on technical leadership including POCs, technical design, code reviews and helping developers solve complex issues.

\n

You’ll work across a modern Salesforce environment incorporating Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, AI, voice and complex integrations.

Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Lead the day-to-day technical delivery of Salesforce projects and sprint execution
\n
• Run daily stand-ups, manage blockers and ensure the development team delivers against sprint commitments
\n
• Provide technical direction across Salesforce development, configuration, integrations and automation
\n
• Build POCs and technical spikes to de-risk complex solutions before development
\n
• Review Apex, configuration, Flow and integration solutions to maintain strong development standards
\n
• Work closely with Salesforce and MuleSoft developers to ensure integrations and API contracts are aligned
\n
• Coach developers and BAs and help improve technical capability across the team
\n
• Work with BAs to ensure stories are technically ready before entering a sprint
\n
• Champion a configuration-first, low-code/no-code approach while understanding when custom development is required
\n

Experience: \n

\n
• Strong experience working as a Salesforce Technical Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Salesforce Consultant
\n
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, development and platform best practices
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Flow, configuration and integrations
\n
• Experience reviewing code and providing technical guidance to Salesforce developers
\n
• Good understanding of APIs and working alongside integration teams, ideally MuleSoft
\n
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams and comfortable driving sprint execution
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to unblock technical teams quickly
\n
• Exposure to Agentforce, AI, Service Cloud Voice or contact centre technology would be highly regarded
\n
• Comfortable balancing technical leadership with delivery and team facilitation
\n
