Overview
Our client is a global finance and accounting organisation with a strong national presence. They are investing in modernising their technology, improving digital experiences, and delivering more efficient and effective customer experiences.

The Role
As Program Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of a significant digital transformation program, working across technology and business teams to ensure successful delivery against strategic objectives.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex digital transformation program
  • Establish and manage program governance, delivery frameworks, milestones, risks and dependencies
  • Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and drive decisions
  • Manage multiple workstreams, delivery teams and third-party partners
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, reporting and executive-level updates
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery challenges
  • Drive effective change across business processes, technology and ways of working
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to steering committees and senior leadership
  • Ensure program outcomes, benefits and strategic objectives remain on track

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years' experience in program or senior project management
  • Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programs within large organisations
  • Strong understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and digital delivery
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Strong program governance, risk, financial and dependency management capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex environments
  • Highly structured, commercially minded and outcomes-focused approach to delivery
  • Experience working across Agile and/or traditional delivery environments
  • Relevant qualifications in Program Management, Project Management, Business or Technology
