TLS Integration Manager

Job Description

• Lead the planning and execution of innovation and efficiency initiatives across the program
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve capability, availability, maintainability and overall sustainment performance
\n
• Provide governance, reporting and assurance across multiple initiatives
\n
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of innovation and project professionals
\n
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across maintenance, engineering, supply chain, training and business management functions
\n
• Lead delivery of the Capability, Innovation and Efficiency (CIE) Program
\n
• Ensure outcomes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards
\n
• Work across multiple stakeholder groups and Defence and engineering functions
\n
• Report to the CIE Manager
\n

\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives in Defence, aerospace or engineering environments
\n
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
\n
• Demonstrated experience developing business cases and delivering measurable operational or financial benefits
\n
• Deep understanding of project governance frameworks and delivery controls
\n
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen
\n
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
\n
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Aerospace/Aviation Management or a related discipline
\n
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV1 Security Clearance
\n
• Australian citizenship required
\n
• Satisfy police checks and employment screening verification
\n
• ITAR requirements may make nationality a factor in suitability
\n
