Vito’s Espresso Bar has been part of the Everton Park community for over 11 years. We’re a busy, established café with a strong and experienced team and an amazing group of loyal regular customers who genuinely enjoy getting to know our staff.

We’re a small, family-run business where our people matter. We know our team personally, value the contribution they make and want Vito’s to be somewhere people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We’re now looking for two experienced Café All-Rounders to join us, with approximately 30–35 hours per week available for the right people.

About the Role

This is a true all-rounder position. You’ll work across coffee, POS and floor service, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, is confident jumping in wherever needed and loves being part of a busy café team.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years’ hospitality experience
• Strong café and hospitality experience
• Strong barista skills and confidence working on coffee
• Experience working in a busy café environment
• Basic latte art is a must
• Confidence using a POS system
• Comfortable with table service, running food and general FOH duties
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A genuine team player
• Organised, reliable and proactive
• Someone who genuinely loves hospitality, people and creating a great customer experience
