Lead Veterinarian role within our well-established and highly regarded clinics. Lead with purpose in one of Melbourne's most established and respected veterinary clinic & location.

Both clinics is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to step into a rewarding Lead Veterinarian role within our thriving, community-focused practice.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine and inspiring those around them.
\n
You'll ideally:
\n
- \n
- Have strong GP clinical and surgical skills with confidence managing a varied caseload. \n
- Enjoy mentoring and supporting colleagues to help them grow. \n
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care. \n
- Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture. \n
- Be interested in helping drive clinical excellence and continuous improvement within the clinic. \n
- Previous leadership experience is preferred but not essential - we welcome applications from experienced Senior Veterinarians looking to take the next step into a Lead role. \n

Remuneration is above award and will be tailored to your experience and leadership responsibilities.
