The team manages relationships with some of the country’s largest organisations, including a significant portfolio of property and construction clients. This is a role where maturity, commercial thinking and the ability to build trusted relationships are highly valued. What will you be doing? \n

\n
• Manage complex property and construction claims from notification through to resolution
\n
• Provide high-level claims advice and strategic guidance to major clients
\n
• Work across significant losses including construction, ISR, BI and large loss claims
\n
• Engage with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and other key stakeholders
\n
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders
\n
• Develop practical, commercially focused solutions to complex claims issues
\n

What do you need? \n

\n
• Strong experience across property claims, ideally within construction, ISR, BI or large losses
\n
• A strong reputation and established presence within the Australian insurance market
\n
• Experience managing complex claims and working with Tier 1/corporate clients
\n
• The maturity and confidence to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders
\n
• A lateral thinker who focuses on solutions rather than simply identifying problems
\n
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
\n
• Experience within loss adjusting or a senior insurer claims environment will be highly regarded
\n
