Set in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Elysia Wellness Retreat offers guests a unique opportunity to unwind, reconnect, and experience true rejuvenation. As part of our commitment to exceptional service and a deeply nurturing guest journey, we're seeking a passionate and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities Include

\n

• Assisting in the daily leadership of the Front Office team to deliver warm, seamless guest service from arrival to departure.
\n
• Creating a welcoming environment that aligns with the retreat's values of wellbeing and genuine care.
\n
• Coaching and mentoring team members to grow their skills, confidence, and service delivery.
\n
• Handling guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring quick and thoughtful resolutions.
\n
• Overseeing front office operations including bookings, reporting, and daily procedures.
\n

Shift Details (subject to change)

\n

\n
• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
\n
• Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm
\n
• Immediate start available
\n

Qualifications

\n

To be successful you will require the following experience:

\n

\n
• 2+ years' experience in a front office or guest-facing role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
\n
• A natural leader with strong people skills and a supportive, team-first mindset.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a calm and professional presence.
\n
• A guest-first approach and passion for delivering meaningful, personalised service.
\n
• Experience with front office systems and knowledge of trust accounting processes.
\n
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
\n
• An interest in health, wellness, or spa environments is highly regarded.
