As the primary marketing leader in Australia, you'll work closely with service line leaders, advisors, and the Pinion U.S. marketing team to strengthen brand visibility, support business development, drive marketing performance, and establish the foundations for long‐term growth. What You'll Be Doing

\n

As the marketing leader for Australia, you will:

\n

• Develop and execute annual marketing and growth plans across all service lines.
\n
• Lead the Australian marketing function and manage priorities, budgets, resources, and project execution.
\n
• Partner with advisors and service‐line leaders to identify growth opportunities and marketing priorities.
\n
• Build and manage integrated campaigns that support business development, lead generation, and cross‐selling initiatives.
\n
• Coordinate thought leadership programs, webinars, market insights, reports, newsletters, and client communications.
\n
• Drive website strategy, SEO performance, digital marketing initiatives, and content effectiveness.
\n
• Own CRM adoption, lead routing, opportunity tracking, marketing reporting, and campaign measurement.
\n
• Develop advisor enablement resources including referral guides, account planning tools, service‐line collateral, and sales support materials.
\n
• Establish scalable processes for marketing requests, tender support, opportunity management, and case study development.
\n
• Maintain brand consistency, messaging standards, and content quality across all channels.
\n
• Mentor and support the Marketing Coordinator while helping build a high‐performing marketing function.
\n
• Act as the primary bridge between Australian leadership and the Pinion US marketing team.
\n
• Effectively manage the brand in alignment with the global brand strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all markets.

What You'll Need For This Position

• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies that support business growth.
\n
• Experience in professional services, consulting, engineering, agriculture, financial services, advisory, or related industries.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with technical professionals and business leaders.
\n
• Experience using CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, email marketing systems, and project management software.
\n
• Excellent written communication skills, including content editing, thought leadership development, and brand stewardship.
\n
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a dynamic and evolving environment.
\n
• Experience supporting organisations undergoing growth, transformation, or integration is highly regarded.
