Your Opportunity

• Independently deliver a broad range of business and administrative services to the school, adapting processes and interpreting information to manage complex and changing requirements.
\n
• Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports and correspondence, researching issues, obtaining specialist advice and recommending appropriate solutions.
\n
• Coordinate and supervise school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance, workforce capability, timesheets, leave, rosters and relief, as well as coordinating recruitment, induction and training.
\n
• Assist the Principal with financial and budget management, including monitoring expenditure, payroll and purchasing, preparing financial reports, seeking financial advice and recommending appropriate actions in line with legislation and policy.

• Oversee facilities, grounds, resources and equipment, including maintenance and repairs, contractor arrangements and associated expenditure, while building effective networks and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills when managing sensitive situations.
