Legal Assistants / Secretararies / Paralegals | Insurance and Personal Injuries

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Insurance / Personal Injuries Legal support staff to join well-established, highly reputable and progressive Brisbane law firms.
The Role
- Providing high-level administrative support to Partners, Special Counsel, solicitors and Paralegals
- Drafting, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Managing files, both electronic and hard copy
- Liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties
- Diary and email management, including coordinating meetings
- Billing, time entry, and general ad-hoc admin duties plus more!
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Secretary or Paralegal (insurance or litigation experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
