Legal Practitioner Director

• Salary up to $140K - $150K + Super (Negotiable)

Join a growing boutique law firm in a senior leadership role where you’ll combine your Property Law expertise with professional oversight, mentoring and practice development.

Working closely with the Directors, you’ll manage a portfolio of property matters while helping guide the team, maintain professional standards and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The Role

• Manage residential and commercial property matters, including conveyancing, leasing, subdivisions and off-the-plan transactions
• Provide professional oversight and leadership across the practice
• Mentor and support lawyers and junior team members
• Manage key client relationships and complex matters
• Support compliance, risk management and professional standards
• Contribute to process improvement and future growth of the firm

About You

• Current Australian practising certificate and eligibility to act as a Legal Practitioner Director
• Strong Property Law experience
• Ideally 5+ years PAE
• Leadership, mentoring and supervisory capability
• Strong technical knowledge and professional judgement
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach
