A leading Sydney-based disputes boutique is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing litigation practice.

The firm is recognised for delivering high-calibre commercial litigation, financial services and insolvency work, acting for corporates, insolvency practitioners, directors and high-net-worth individuals across complex and high-value disputes.
The Role \n
Due to continued growth in the practice, the firm is seeking a litigation lawyer to work closely with partners across a broad range of commercial, financial services and IP disputes and restructuring-related litigation.
\n
You will have plenty of client exposure, work closely with multiple partners and special counsel and have a genuine career path to progression that is simply not available in the major firms.
The Ideal Candidate \n
You will be a commercially minded litigation lawyer with:

- \n
- 3-7 years PQE in commercial, corporate and financial services litigation \n
- Experience gained at a reputable litigation practice (top-tier, mid-tier or strong boutique) \n
- Strong drafting and analytical skills \n
- Exposure to court work and dispute strategy \n
- A proactive and client-focused approach \n
\n
