  • Maintain employee payroll records and payroll-related reporting.
  • Manage payroll reconciliations, PAYG, superannuation, and payroll compliance obligations.
  • Respond to payroll queries and provide excellent internal customer service to employees and managers.
  • Support month-end processes and payroll-related reporting requirements.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing and supplier management.
  • Provide support across broader finance functions as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies within payroll and finance.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

THE PERKS

  • Competitive salary of $105,000 – $115,000 + Super.
  • Flexible working arrangements with 1-2 days working from home.
  • Convenient West Perth office location.
  • Join a stable and growing mid-tier mining business.
  • Variety in your role with exposure to payroll, accounts payable, and finance operations.
